T-Bone Steaks

T-Bone Steaks are one of the 29 beef cuts that qualify as lean.
They combine two lean and tender steaks, a Strip Steak and a Fillet, connected by the T-shaped bone.
T-Bone steaks are convenient and ready to cook on the grill or under the broiler. Serve as individual steaks or slice for salads, sandwiches or wraps.
