From Our Gate to Your Plate

Spring Valley Farms has been in the cattle business for over 50 years and proudly offers Natural Beef direct to customers. 

All of our beef is:

  • No added hormones or antibiotics
  • Pasture-raised in a natural, stress-free environment
  • Surpasses all USDA natural beef guidelines
  • Packing plants are USDA inspected

Prices

Our halves and whole natural beef is available for $5.50 per pound (hanging weight) and includes delivery within a limited area (100 miles for half or whole). The price also includes all processing, flash freezing and packaging. 

All cuts are individually packaged in vacuum sealed packages, which protects the meat from freezer burn. Each USDA package is marked with the cut of meat, the weight and the USDA logo. .  

No sales tax is charged because you are buying direct from our farm. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. A $100 deposit is required upon placing order, balance due on delivery.

Steaks are 3/4” thick. Roasts and sirloin tips are 3 pounds each. Ground beef packages are 1 pound each. 

 

Freezer Space

Freezer space is a must and one of the most common questions we are asked is "How much freezer space will I need?". 
​
One half requires 12-14 square feet of freezer space
A whole requires 22-25 square feet of freezer space

The required space does not increase proportionally since larger freezers tend to have less confining interior spaces which allow for more efficient storage of the beef cuts.
